About Us

                                                                                                                             "A Little Bit of Tuscany in New York"

         Tuscan Hills is a two-story home just 2 1/2 miles South of Cooperstown Dreams Park and only minutes from the Village of Cooperstown

itself. It has been beautifully renovated in a style reminiscent of the Tuscan Hills of Italy. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, air conditioning

and cable tv. We have a sleeping capacity of 9 people. Faux painting gives the bedrooms a warm glow. The contemporary kitchen has exquisite custom

made cabinets and granite countertops. A covered front porch and a spacious side deck with grille are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful

view of the surrounding rolling hills.

           We offer comfortable and convenient weekly rentals for Dreams Park families, with all of the above features plus laundry facilities, a fully

equipped kitchen and all linens provided.

           Tuscan Hills offers a smoke free and pet free environment for our guests. We also offer a full service bed and breakfast option for Cooperstown area

visitors. This includes a full breakfast each morning and complimentary refreshments each evening.

           Since we are open "year round", take advantage of our area's Winter sports such as cross country skiing, snow mobiling and snow tubing. Our

Fall foliage views are superb, not to mention the large number of antique shops and barns to find that special something from days gone by or a certain

accent piece you've been searching for. Also, anytime of year is a perfect time to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and stroll down

Cooperstown's quaint streets and shops.

             We offer, as well, our entire bed and breakfast to businesses and corporations for that important business retreat in a peaceful

and pastoral setting. Please call with any questions or requirements that you may have.

              Please feel free to email us or call with any questions or to reserve a date for your stay. Our rates for weekly and bed and breakfast stays are seasonal

and will vary accordingly. We can also arrange special packages for couples or families visiting the Cooperstown area such as Valentine's Day, Christmas,

Thanksgiving or that special wedding or honeymoon getaway. Packages can include candy, champagne, dinner reservations and

whatever your imagination may inspire in you. In addition, consider us for beautiful accomodations for your wedding party, family and

any visiting guests of the bride or groom.
